This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: yes!
Threadhopping: yes, if it’s a public network thread or a silly action thread and they’re in the same place, but no threadhopping serious threads.
Fourthwalling: no telling him or his world is fictional, but you can lightly acknowledge the existence of the Maple Town toys in your character’s universe, perhaps. No mention of the show!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): please don’t bring up anything blasphemous or sexual around me, I don’t even want to hear suggestive jokes. No nudity either. … and because it’s come up, I am not interested in incestuous pairings.

Hugging this character: go right ahead! He hugs people when he’s happy and grateful too.
Kissing this character: forehead, hand, or cheek is fine!
Flirting with this character: sure, for a gag! He has tried to impress some ladies before and failed at it, if you do, expect him to flirt back in a comically bad manner in the hopes of scoring a free meal or as part of some kind of ruse.
Fighting with this character: no problem, he gets beaten up a LOT in canon, he often deserves it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): small cuts and scrapes are allowed, anything longer lasting and more severe like broken bones and scars must be discussed first. Feel free to break his sunglasses, it's practically a tradition!
Killing this character: discuss first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: discuss first, but I’ll likely say yes
Warnings:
Yota is a villain, albeit one with some honour and a relatively easy one to defeat, a nuisance on the level of the Team Rocket trio.
Yota has threatened kids at gun-point in canon and ordered his kid brother to shoot at adults. He has left kids for dead on deserted road. He takes kids hostage several times. He takes advantage of people’s pity and good will at times.
I won’t have him pull a weapon on anyone without OOC permission first!
He will lie to others, his kindnesses tend to be short-lived (if you do him a good turn, he’ll do you one in return, but that’s it, he’ll go right back to villainy later), and he’s even rather mean to those he cares for (he hits his brother and calls him an idiot a lot.)
Yota’s a con-man (er, con-cat?) and frequently steals, pick-pockets, attempts armed robbery (won’t involve weapons without prior OOC discussion!), and tells tall tales hoping to earn sympathy and free stuff.
Palm Town is 80's inspired and seems to be set in the 80's of his world, but the mores, tech, and fashion is slightly more in line with the 30's-50's. Maple Town is 1920's-inspired and has more Victorian sensibilities and fashion sense, while Palm Town is relatively more "modern," but still quite modest and they don't even have TV yet!
Yota will likely have some rather old-fashioned ideas about men and women, but he can't afford to be all that sexist, as he's often outsmarted by two little girls, after all. ^^;; It's likely why he keeps sewing secret from his brother so long, probably found it embarrassing, until it was praised. He does have Guta crossdress for various schemes, so, overall, Yota's probably more lenient than average, especially if its something he thinks will make money!
Corporeal punishment in his time is still very common, so unfortunately, a lot of spanking, hitting, etc. children as punishment for big or even very small offenses is common. Yota'll be rather confused by the insinuation this isn't normal or commonly acceptable anymore.
